Game Day Frito Chili Cheese Dip
RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef

6 oz tomato paste

14 oz can diced tomatoes

14 oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed

1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp chili powder
-
1/4 tsp cumin
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
8 oz Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese grated
-
4 oz Cabot Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated
-
1 large bag Frito Chips
-
Green onion
-
Cilantro
-
Your preferred dosage of Kind Tree dablicator
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a 10 inch cast iron pan or oven safe skillet add the beef and brown until no longer pink.
3. Drain the grease from the meat and add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pepper, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
4. Bring to a simmer and add some crushed Frito chips.
5. Top with the grated Pepper Jack and Vermont Cheddar Cheese.
6. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for about 25 minutes and the cheese is hot and bubbling.
7. Add in your preferred dosage of Kind Tree dablicator.
8. Garnish with extra Frito chips, green onions, and cilantro.
9. Serve at once with tortilla chips.
